My Dear Ones in Christ,
This email will be more of a blurb than my customary communication with you.
Bishop Weisenburger has requested that the entire parish leadership meet with him tomorrow to visit about the state of St. Frances Cabrini Parish going forward. The leadership includes the two lay members of our Corporate Board of Directors, the members of the Finance Council and the members of our Parish Council. I will be in communication with all of you via email the first of next week to share with you what was discussed at the meeting.
Until then, I pray you’ll all have a most blessed weekend. I will once again celebrate a private Mass on Saturday followed by drive-through reception of Holy Communion at 5:00 p.m. Fr. Marty will celebrate the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, and I will celebrate the 10:30 a.m. Mass. I look forward to those times of fellowship.
