St. Frances Cabrini and the Diocese of Tucson will not tolerate sexual misconduct or the failure to respond appropriately and decisively when sexual misconduct is observed, suspected or alleged. Potential volunteers are required to set up an interview with the leader of the ministry in which they are interested in serving. They will then need to submit a volunteer application via the Diocese of Tucson employment website (select Parish Volunteer Opportunities in the filters and then select the Volunteer job posting for St. Frances Cabrini). After all of this is complete, the person will go through training related to the ministry as well as the Safe Environment Program.
