Dear Parishioners of St. Frances Cabrini Parish:
As of Oct. 25 I have signed the formal decree, as required in canon law, to combine the parishes of St. Frances Cabrini and Our Lady of La Vang. While this canonical merger has been under serious consideration for several months, and I have consulted extensively with the leadership of both parishes, I wanted you to be aware that a final decision has been made.
There are copies of the decree available at your parish office. the merger shall be effective as of December 6, 2021. I continue to believe that this will be a healthy transition for both communities and that blessings are in store for all. May God bless you abundantly
