“Giving Tree” for needy neighbors; Poinsettia Fundraiser

Dear Parish Member,

I am sending out this information to let you know what our parish is doing this year about the Giving Tree.  This information is in the bulletin, but not everyone checks our parish website weekly to read the bulletin.

We will continue our tradition of having a giving spirit by collecting gift cards for people in our parish who are experiencing a tough time financially during the holiday season.  If you can help, it will be greatly appreciated.  A Giving Tree box is in the church to collect your donated gift cards.  You may also drop them in the collection baskets at the Saturday drive-through Communion Service or the Sunday Masses.  Please put the card(s) in an envelope and boldly write CABRINI GIVING TREE on the front.  Don’t forget to write the amount of each card on the card or a paper included with the card.

If you would like the card(s) included in your yearly contribution statement, please put your name and the value of the donated card(s) on a piece of paper inside the envelope.

If you have a question or suggestion, call Mary Lou at 488-3213.  Thank you for your help!

Also, it is time to order poinsettias for Christmas. This is a fundraiser for our parish. Your contribution both supports our church and provides us with a beautiful altar area for Christmas.
Checks must be made to St. Francis Cabrini. The order form makes it possible for you to receive acknowledgment of your donation.

Gift card donations and poinsettia orders will be taken until Sunday, December 20.

Wishing you blessings,

Eileen
