This moving drama is based on a true story about a family’s struggle with HIV and a community that rallied around them with emotional and financial support when their struggle took them to the courts.

Twin brothers on Long Island, NY are both well-liked teachers. One brother is HIV positive, but a bone marrow transplant from his twin brother may save his life. Just before the scheduled surgery, the insurance company announces it will not cover the procedure. So, the decision is made to bring the case to court.

The film chronicles this extraordinary fight for life and justice, and the warm-hearted support a community gives a teacher and friend.
